No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account lets you save your favorite items, view your order history,
track orders easily, and receive exclusive updates and offers.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

You can cancel or modify your order before it is processed by contacting our support team. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Log into your Normcore account and navigate to "My Orders."
  2. Select the order and click "Return/Exchange."
  3. Follow the prompts and print the return shipping label if applicable.
